Outline of Research at the Start	先行研究では、腎移植患者における進行型3次リンパ組織（Tertiary Lymphoid Tissue, TLT）形成は約20％に出現したことから、腸内細菌叢解析を約100例に行った場合、進行型TLT形成を伴う症例は20例程度出現するものと思われる。腎移植後1年までの定期的・経時的な腸内細菌叢プロファイルの解析を行うことで、TLT形成の無い症例群（約80例）との差異や、個人間での経時的変化、免疫抑制薬の薬物動態との関連性も併せて検討することが可能と考えている。
