Outline of Research at the Start	上部尿路上皮癌(腎盂尿管癌, Upper tract urothelial carcinoma: UTUC)は進行例が多く、その予後は不良である。進行性UTUCの予後を改善する新規治療というアンメットメディカルニーズに応えるには、UTUCの進展・薬剤耐性の機序の解明が必須である。我々は新規に樹立したUTUC自然発症モデルマウスを用いた時空間的トランスクリプトーム解析により、UTUCの進展・薬剤耐性の鍵となる細胞群・遺伝子群を明らかとし、新規治療標的を同定することを目指す。
