Outline of Research at the Start

本研究課題では、前立腺癌骨転移の制御に関わる候補遺伝子としてOPN3に注目し、①OPN3ノックダウン前立腺癌細胞株の樹立、②in vitroおよびin vivoにおけるOPN3の機能解析、③臨床検体におけるOPN3の発現および骨転移や予後との相関の解析を行い、前立腺癌骨転移に対するOPN3の分子メカニズムの解明および治療標的となり得るかの解析を行う。
