Outline of Research at the Start

本研究では、Paxillinの膀胱癌転移成立過程での果たす役割について明らかにすることを目的として、①Paxillinの腫瘍転移(膀胱癌肝転移)における機能、②肝転移モデルマウス肝臓におけるがん細胞および周囲環境でのFAの有無および接着基質(血管、コラーゲン繊維など)の動態観察、③STAT3阻害剤に対するPaxillin発現と腫瘍生存能の検討、以上3点について研究を行う。
