Outline of Research at the Start	三次元再構築精巣と三次元マッピングという研究ツールと、正常な精子形成と精子形成障害が１つの精巣内に混在する熱ストレスモデル動物を用いることで、障害が精巣内のどの場所から、どのように進展・回復していくかを明らかにする。また、各種マーカー情報を三次元マッピングすることで、精子形成障害の進展・回復の偏りに関連する遺伝子を明らかにする。本研究成果は男性不妊症の原因解明と診断・治療の開発を進める多くの研究の推進に寄与する。
