難治性前立腺癌の治療抵抗性メカニズム解明が社会的にも求められている。本研究はエピジェネティックな調節により神経内分泌腫瘍(Neuroendocrine prostate cancer: NEPC)へ形質転換した難治性前立腺癌における進行メカニズムを分子生物学的な解析を行う。方法として自己免疫性脳炎の症例から樹立した神経細胞表面抗体群をNEPCへ投与することによる影響を検討し、前立腺神経内分泌腫瘍の病態解明とその臨床応用に挑戦する。
