Outline of Research at the Start

①血清から単離した細胞外小胞(EVs)のプロテオーム解析・RNA sequencingを行い、各治療ステージ{診断時、去勢抵抗性獲得時、第２世代アンドロゲン受容体シグナル阻害薬(ARAT)投与後など}における前立腺癌の多様性を網羅的に評価し、薬剤感受性に関与する候補EVsマーカーを抽出する。
②公開データベースを用いて、各治療ステージにおける前立腺癌組織での発現と比較することにより、候補EVsマーカーを絞り込む。
③候補EVs マーカーを定量し、単独または複数の組み合わせによって治療効果予測が可能かどうか、多検体を用いて統計学的に検討を行い、臨床的有用性を検証する。
