Outline of Research at the Start	我々は、致死率が高い進行性膀胱癌におけるシスプラチン（cisplatin: CDDP）を中心とする化学療法抵抗性の問題を解決するために、新規治療法の開発が必要と考えた。そのため、樹立したCDDP耐性細胞株では、DNA修復に重要な役割を果たすClaspin分子が関わることを見出し、さらに、Claspinペプチド特異的細胞傷害性T細胞（CTL）がHLA-A2/Claspinペプチドを提示するがん細胞を傷害することを示した。本研究では、HLA-A2/Claspinペプチドを新規治療標的とした抗体薬物複合体（ADC）を構築し、Claspin標的治療の有効性を明らかにし、新規治療法への応用を目指す。
