Outline of Research at the Start

本研究では当科で樹立した単一腺管由来の子宮内膜オルガノイドに CRISPR-Cas9法で疾患感受性遺伝子を導入し、子宮内膜に与える影響を明らかにすることを 目的とする。さらに、遺伝子編集により子宮内膜オルガノイドから子宮内膜症を誘導するこ とで、子宮内膜症の発症メカニズムの解明を目指す。
