Outline of Research at the Start

カニクイザルにmTOR阻害剤を投与し、卵巣移植切片の機能温存効果について検証することとした。さらに、卵巣切片の移植場所である反対側の卵巣についても、その機能を保持することで、移植片の機能温存効果が期待できることが明らかになっており、それについても解明することとした。
IカニクイザルにmTOR阻害剤を投与し、移植した卵巣切片の機能を温存できるか、また、IIシクロホスファミドを投与中に卵巣毒性から残存卵巣の機能を保護できるか、を解明する。さらに、本研究では卵巣組織移植後のカニクイザルに体外受精を施行し、その結果を卵巣機能として評価することとした。また血中AMHを卵巣予備能の評価として測定する。
