Outline of Research at the Start

胎児超音波検査は広く用いられているが、超音波による心機能計測が実際に心不全の指標であるBNP・NT-pro BNP上昇と関連しているのかは明らかとなっていない。本研究では分娩直前に胎児超音波検査により計測した胎児心機能パラメーターと、分娩時に採取された臍帯血中のBNPやNT-pro BNPとの相関を解析する研究である。本研究により胎児超音波を用いた胎児BNPの予測、さらには胎児心不全の早期診断が可能となることが期待される。
