Outline of Research at the Start

本研究では、静止期T細胞に対するP4のgenetic effectについて、変化する遺伝子群を網羅的に解析し、関連遺伝子群を抽出する。さらにTCR刺激に対する短期的(in vitro)・長期的(in vivo)反応と抽出された遺伝子群および幹細胞関連遺伝子の発現の関連性を明らかにする。これらの実験によりTSCM分化の有無、およびそれから誘導される免疫系シフトの動態を明らかにする。TSCMを経由しないでT細胞増殖・活性化が増強されるなら、それに関与するT細胞の性状を明らかにする。
