Outline of Research at the Start	卵巣癌の臨床的特徴により治療を個別化するため①がん遺伝子c-Mycの過剰発現、②プラチナ抵抗性をバイオマーカーとして選択し、ハイスループットスクリーニングを用いて目的とする細胞でのみ分子阻害の作用が現れる「合成致死」のメカニズムを応用して、①ではFURIN、②ではTIE-1を治療標的分子として同定した。本研究では「核酸医薬」を用いて、これらの治療標的をin vivoで抑制する実証実験を行う。
