Outline of Research at the Start

現在、本邦では14人にひとりが高度生殖補助医療により生まれている。体外受精で得られた受精卵を凍結融解後に子宮へ移植する場合、自然な排卵周期に合わせて移植する自然排卵周期とホルモン剤で子宮内膜の状態を調節後に移植するホルモン補充周期がある。近年、ホルモン補充周期により妊娠した女性は自然排卵周期の場合に比べて周産期合併症の発症頻度が高いことが明らかになってきた。我々はその原因として、子宮内膜と絨毛で構成される胎盤の質の違いに着目している。本研究では異なる子宮内膜調整法によって得られた妊娠初期胎盤の形態学的および免疫組織学的な差異を明らかにし、周産期合併症発症の原因を解明することを目指す。
