Outline of Research at the Start

元来cfRNAが細胞外に漏出していることは示されていたが、一方で、胚培養液中のRNA量は極微量であるため、RNAシークエンスをはじめとする網羅的解析が可能なRNA量の取得は困難であるとされてきた。我々は微量RNA検出が可能な精製キットを組合わせることで、シークエンスに必要な十分量のRNAを取得し得た我々は、胚異数性に基づく胚および培養液のRNAプロファイルの解析は、胚発生メカニズムの解明と胚生存能力の推定において、大変重要な情報となると考えており、本研究での詳細な解析を目指すものである。
