Outline of Research at the Start

本研究では、ペントースリン酸回路移行への律速酵素であるヘキソキナーゼ（HK）とホスホグルコースイソメラーゼ（PGI）に着目し、これらの酵素群の制御によりペントースリン酸回路への迂回を阻止する。それによる核酸合成抑制、抗酸化能低下、酸化ストレス耐性低下が内膜症細胞に与える影響を検証する。

次に、乳酸の細胞外輸送に関与するMCT機能を抑制することにより細胞内乳酸濃度を上昇させ、細胞内pH 低下、ROS 上昇、細胞死を検証する。
