Outline of Research at the Start	既報の研究では凍結卵巣組織内に存在する卵胞内卵子の受精能力や受精後胚発育能力は明らかになっていない。Vitrification法の治療成績を最大化させる糸口として、凍結卵巣組織内の卵子に着目し、卵子内ミトコンドリア恒常性の維持が卵巣組織凍結プロトコールの成績向上における解決策の糸口になる可能性を見出した。本研究では、凍結融解卵巣組織内卵子におけるミトコンドリア機能障害の立証と、卵子内ミトコンドリア機能障害の原因を検証することと設定し、卵子ミトコンドリアの恒常性を維持できるVitrification法の改良、治療成績の向上につなげる。
