Outline of Research at the Start	低出生体重児を減らすことは、わが国の最重要課題の1つである。妊娠してからの栄養管理だけでは限界があることから、本研究では妊娠成立前の配偶子環境、すなわち卵胞液、精漿の含有物を、液体クロマトグラフィー質量分析装置を用いて網羅的に測定する。この結果と患者の背景因子との関連性を明らかにする。さらに、卵胞液、精漿含有物が、胚発生、胎盤発育、胎児発育、臍帯血のエピゲノムにどのような影響を与えているかを明らかにする。本研究により、どの様な臨床的背景が配偶子環境に影響し、またどのような配偶子環境が周産期予後に影響するかを明らかにして、プレコンセプションからの低出生体重児の減少、先制医療の実現に貢献する。
