Outline of Research at the Start	先行研究にて、卵巣明細胞癌に対して網羅的遺伝子発現解析を行い、他癌腫や卵巣明細胞癌間で比較することで、本疾患がTissue factorやIL6など血液凝固能亢進に関連する遺伝子を特徴的に高発現していることや、主に免疫に関連する遺伝子経路の発現により遺伝子発現サブタイプが大別されることを明らかにした。本研究では、シングルセルRNAシーケンスや多重免疫蛍光染色によるシングルセル解析を用いて、細胞毎の発現の違いや空間的な発現部位の評価を行う。さらに、同定した治療標的分子に対して、臨床検体から樹立した細胞株を用いて、in vitro/vivoでノックアウト実験、薬剤感受性の検証を行う。
