Outline of Research at the Start

末梢血リンパ球(PBMC)投与は、画期的な治療ではあるが、PBMCのどの細胞分画・分子が着床に関わっているのか不明のままである。本研究の目的は、hCG添加の有無により培養したPBMCの細胞分画を網羅的解析し、免疫寛容に関与する発現変動因子を抽出する。さらにその機能解析からどのPBMC分画の変化が胚着床に関与しているかを明らかにすることである。本研究の推進により得られた免疫寛容に関わる細胞・分子は子宮内リンパ球による胚着床のメカニズム解明の糸口となると共に、難治性着床障害患者の治療手段の発展に資すると期待される。
