Outline of Research at the Start

本研究でわれわれは、卵巣癌の大網転移を中心とした転移病巣における卵巣癌幹細胞とTAM、CAFならびにCAAとのクロストークに関わる分子メカニズムについて統合的に解明するために、臨床検体を用いた臨床病理学的検討に加え、次世代シーケンシングによる網羅的遺伝子発現解析ならびにVisiumを用いた腫瘍組織の空間的遺伝子発現解析、さらにはin vitroならびにin vivoでの各種実験系における系統的な臨床・基礎解析を計画している。そして最終的には、それらのクロストークに関わる決定的な分子を治療標的とすることで、卵巣癌に対する革新的な新規治療戦略の開発を目指す。
