Outline of Research at the Start	がんゲノム医療による個別化医療はいまだ十分とは言えず、適応は再発がんが主である。多数の抗がん剤投与後の再発腫瘍では耐性クローンの出現によるがんヘテロジェナイティーが進行しており、その状態でgenotype matched therapyを行っても十分な治療効果が得られない可能性がある。がんゲノム医療の効果を増強させるには、初回治療の段階からgenotype matched therapyを活用して既存の標準治療の効果を高める戦略が必要である。本研究では患者組織由来オルガノイドを作成し、初回治療開始前に奏効率の高い個別化医療を選定し、治療の最適化を図る前臨床モデルに道筋を付けることを目的とした。
