Outline of Research at the Start

早産は最も頻繁に遭遇する産科合併症であるにもかかわらず、その管理や治療法にはまだまだ改善すべき点が多い。我々は「免疫系制御による胎盤内過剰炎症の抑制は早産治療の作用点になるのではないか」と仮説を立て、免疫抑制能を有する薬剤（プロゲステロン、ヘパリン、PDE4阻害薬）の抗炎症作用に着目し、その早産予防効果および免疫メカニズムを模索することである。
