Outline of Research at the Start	分泌型セリンプロテアーゼインヒビターであるTFPI2は、我が国を含む東アジア圏での発生頻度が高い卵巣明細胞腺癌で特異的に高発現するタンパク質で、卵巣癌の血液腫瘍マーカーとして我が国で保険収載されている。癌抑制遺伝子として、がん細胞におけるCpG-islandメチル化によるTFPI2遺伝子発現不活化の研究が先行しているが、発現が亢進するメカニズムの詳細は不明である。本研究は、TFPI2遺伝子プロモーター、エンハンサーの解析などを実施し、血中TFPI2濃度に影響を与える生理的／病的状態を理解し、卵巣癌腫瘍マーカーとしてのTFPI2のmanagementを精緻化することを目的とする。
