Outline of Research at the Start	本研究では、HNSCC・再発・転移症例に対する初回の標準治療に使用する薬剤をHNSCC細胞株に曝露させ、時間経過と共に形成されるゲノム上の転写調節領域を明らかにする。そして、転写調節領域のゲノム情報と、「HNSCC・機能性RNA発現プロファイル」を統合する事で、薬剤耐性に関与する機能性RNA分子について、時間的階層性を明らかにする。
