Outline of Research at the Start	本研究では生体に近い状態の癌細胞を再現した培養形態（オルガノイド）を用いて、ヒトパピローマウイルス（HPV)関連中咽頭癌における HPV の存在様式やコピー数と放射線治療の感受性に相関が認められるか否かを明らかにする。さらに、放射線治療前後の癌細胞におけるゲノム・エピゲノム変化を明らかにし、HPV 関連中咽頭癌の予後不良となる因子を見出す。
