Outline of Research at the Start

今回の研究は手術標本より得た癌組織より分離した疲弊マーカーが多重発現しているリンパ球と癌細胞を共培養しリンパ球のIF-γ産生能と細胞障害性活性を測定し、免疫担当細胞の抗腫瘍活性を測定する。疲弊度の強いリンパ球ではがん免疫の活性化はおこらないと予測している。初回治療例と再発症例（既治療例）を用いた試料結果を比較し、免疫チェックポイント阻害薬の効果の推測指標を検討し、免疫チェックポイント阻害薬の投与のタイミングを考察しつつ免治療の体系を築くものとする。
