Outline of Research at the Start	本研究では頭頸部傍神経節腫における腫瘍免疫の役割を明らかにする。腫瘍組織を用いたタンパク発現解析や遺伝子解析を行い、腫瘍免疫と腫瘍進行や治療への反応への影響などについて詳細に解析を行う。本研究の成果は、頭頸部傍神経節腫に対する将来の免疫チェックポイント阻害薬（ICI）治療に向けた基礎的なデータとなりる。今後のICI使用における適切なバイオマーカーの設定、新たな免疫療法のターゲットを見いだすことを目指し、さらに既知の薬剤との組合せによる新たな薬物併用療法の開発貢献する。
