Outline of Research at the Start

リキッドバイオプシーは血液や唾液などの体液から循環癌細胞（circulating tumor cells; CTCs）、循環癌細胞由来DNA（circulating tumor DNA; ctDNA）、エクソソーム（マイクロRNA:miRNAなど）などの分子生物学的情報を抽出する技術であり、症例に応じた癌治療を行える利点がある。リキッドバイオプシーサンプルを用い、エクソソームmiRNAの網羅的ゲノム解析を行い、急速進行例や治療早期に遠隔転移を生じる例と、HPV関連癌のように治療効果が高い症例のmiRNAプロファイルを確立することにより臨床で用いることのできる視標を策定することを目的とする。
