Outline of Research at the Start	保険がんゲノムパネル検査のデータベース（CCAT）解析を通じてTERTプロモーター領域の変異が口腔癌に特徴的であり、変異陽性症例は若年発症、女性に多く、特徴的な共変異を伴う事を見いだした。この先行研究を元に、初回治療例でのTERTプロモーター変異陽性口腔癌の頻度、臨床的予後の特徴を明らかにし、TERTプロモーター変異と関連する発現遺伝子を明らかにする。本研究の成果により口腔癌に新たなサブグループを創出し、口腔癌治療の最適化を行うテーラーメイド治療確立の基盤とする。
