Outline of Research at the Start	内反性乳頭腫 (IP) は鼻副鼻腔に発生する良性腫瘍であるが、約10％に癌化が起こる。その原因を見つけるためにEGFR 変異解析を行った。先行研究ではIPの45％、IP関連副鼻腔癌 (IP-SCC)に28.6％にExon20 insを認めIPの発生や悪性化に大きく関与していると考えている。この変異は肺癌領域で研究のターゲットとなっている。本研究はIP-SCCの癌化のメカニズムを、Exon20 insに注目して解明していくことである。さらにExon20 insをターゲットとした新規TKIの感受性を明らかにするとともにリキッドバイオプシーを用いたバイオマーカーの開発を行い精密医療の実現を目指す。
