Outline of Research at the Start	近視学童を対象としてOK+0.025％ATおよびOK+0.05％AT併用療法を施し，OK+0.01％AT併用療法と比較することにより，その優位性を確認し，さらに安全性が担保できるか否かを検証する（1～2年目）．加えて，1年間治療を継続したのちに両群ともに点眼のみを中止してOK単独療法へと切り替える．そして点眼中止後のリバウンド現象を検証する（2～3年目）．同時に高次収差や周辺部脈絡膜厚など光学的．形態的パラメータを経時的に測定し，近視抑制・リバウンドとの関連を調査することにより，学童近視の進行・抑制メカニズムを検討する．
