Outline of Research at the Start

本研究は、AMDとPNV、そしてPNVの発生母地となるCSCの病態解明を目的として、2020-2022年度の基盤研究Bでの成果を更に発展させる。具体的には、主導している国際共同研究を引き続き進めて大規模解析を行うこと、オミクス解析を進展させることで分子生物学的に疾患に近い部分まで解明すること、そして治療に直結する臨床的エビデンスの創出である。本研究により、基礎から臨床までカバーされ、本研究分野の大幅な進展が期待される。
