Outline of Research at the Start

本研究では、まず眼内悪性リンパ腫およびその他の後部・汎ぶどう膜炎の眼底画像データ（カラー眼底写真、広角眼底写真、蛍光眼底造影、光干渉断層計）を疾患名や患者背景データ・視力などの臨床データと共に大規模に収集して、ぶどう膜炎の眼科画像データベースを構築する。次に、眼底画像データを効率的に機械学習させることで、眼底画像から眼内悪性リンパ腫の診断をアシストするAIシステムの開発を目指す。さらに、構築されたAIシステムの診断精度・妥当性を別の画像データを用いて検証する。
