Outline of Research at the Start	出生後の皮膚ケアによる眼アレルギー疾患の発症抑制の機序と環境因子との関連の解明に向け、①不足している子供の有病率に関しては、パイロット研究として既に行っているエコチル調査（追加調査）での涙液総IgE検査による他覚的アレルギー検査と眼科アンケートの継続と対象の拡大。②発症メカニズムに関しては、パイロット研究で得た保管済の涙液と追加調査の継続によって得る新規の涙液を用いた、涙液中サイトカイン測定。③環境因子や遺伝背景や関連や皮膚ケアの有無による眼アレルギー疾患の発症の差や他のアレルギー疾患とのかかわりに関しては、エコチル本調査での実施のアンケートの解析によりその関連を検討する。
