Outline of Research at the Start	本課題では特発性ぶどう膜炎の層別化診療の実現に向けて、患者血清を用いたメタボローム(代謝物質)解析、および末梢血単核球を用いた次世代シークエンサー(NGS)によるトランススクリプトーム(mRNA)解析を行い、特発性ぶどう膜炎患者と健常人の比較、さらに病型分類(肉芽腫性と非肉芽腫)した場合の発現プロファイルの比較、サルコイドーシス患者と特発性肉芽腫性ぶどう膜炎患者の代謝物質およびmRNAの網羅的発現プロファイルの類似点を主成分解析やクラスター解析を用いて解析する。本研究ではオミックス解析を用いて特発性ぶどう膜炎の分類・病態解明に有用なバイオマーカーの確立を目指す。
