Outline of Research at the Start

ヨウ素酸ナトリウム（NaIO3）によるRPE変性モデルにおいて、低容量のNaIO3に対するRPEの耐性をcontrolマウスとiPLA2βノックアウトマウスとで比較検討を行う。
iPLA2βノックアウトマウスにおいて惹起されるRPE変性のメカニズムについて細胞死機構の観点から解析を行う。
作製したAAVベクターを用いてiPLA2βをRPE特異的に過剰発現させ、RPE変性に対する抑制効果について検討する。
