Outline of Research at the Start	本研究はドナーにはC57BL/6Jマウスを、レシピエントにはBALB/cマウスを用いる。対象群：角膜実質に糸を縫合することで角膜新生血管とリンパ管を誘導することでハイリスク群を作成する。ハイリスク角膜移植として移植2週間前に角膜血管新生誘導、移植1週間前にリンパ管結紮。移植1、2、4、6、8週間後に臨床所見の評価を行う。術後、角膜を検眼的に評価する。術後8週間で角膜、リンパ管、リンパ節を回収する。角膜内の血管、リンパ管、免疫細胞を免疫染色で評価する。リンパ管とリンパ節は免疫染色やフローサイトメトリーにより抗原提示細胞とエクソソームを定量的に評価する。
