Outline of Research at the Start	リンパ浮腫発症の免疫的な要因と、それに対するLVAの効果はいまだ不明なままである。リンパ浮腫患者と健常者およびLVA術後患者の末梢血T細胞とリンパ組織を用いて、リンパ浮腫発症に特異的なT細胞とその役割について解明したい。それと同時LVAが免疫学的にどのような役割を担っているのかを解明したい。リンパ浮腫発症の要因の一部を解明し、それをターゲットとした薬物療法を見出しリンパ浮腫の発症が抑制されることを期待したい。
