Outline of Research at the Start

本研究は脂肪移植の成績向上を目的とし、様々な年代のヒト脂肪組織を採取し、脂肪細胞の組織形態、遺伝子発現変動について年代による違いを明らかし、老化に関する遺伝子を同定し、遺伝子導入の技術開発を行うことで、脂肪移植治療への応用を目指す。
