Outline of Research at the Start

乳癌、婦人科癌の術後に生じる続発性リンパ浮腫はがんサバイバーの生活の質を大きく落とす。リンパ管と静脈を顕微鏡下に吻合する外科手術が普及しているが結果は安定しない。患肢の脂肪吸引と薬剤投与を組み合わせてリンパ管と静脈を自然に吻合させる手技を確立することが本研究の目的である。
①血管、リンパ管の細胞を三次元的に共培養することで脈管ネットワークを作成し、ここに薬剤を投与することで血管とリンパ管の吻合を作成する。
②マウス後肢のリンパ浮腫モデルを作成し、①の結果を参考に薬剤を投与、あるいはリンパ節細片や血管片を移植することでリンパ浮腫肢で血管とリンパ管の吻合を作成する。
