Outline of Research at the Start	脂肪移植は、乳がん術後の乳房欠損を代表とした、軟部組織の欠損・変形に対する外科的治療法として近年重要性が増している手技である。低侵襲な組織再建が可能な一方、生着率が低く不安定な点が欠点である。今回、移植脂肪の生着機序の仕組みの解明と生着率向上のための着眼点として、オートファジー機構との関連に注目した。本研究では、移植組織に含まれる脂肪細胞や脂肪由来の間葉系幹細胞の虚血・低栄養環境下におけるオートファジー活性の違いや、脂肪移植におけるその意義、そしてオートファジー活性の調整が移植脂肪の生着率の向上に寄与するかなどを検証し、脂肪移植の生着率を向上させるための新たな手法の基礎的根拠の確立を目指す。
