Outline of Research at the Start

ADSCsを投与したマウスにおいて、電子顕微鏡下にリンパ管壁のペリサイトの有無を確認することと、筋線維芽細胞へと分化するかどうかを検討する。すなわち、ADSCsがリンパ浮腫時にペリサイトの機能変化をもたらすかを確認する。組織評価によるサイトカイン、ペリサイト、筋線維芽細胞、コラーゲン等の定量化を行い、比較検討する。
