Outline of Research at the Start

本研究では、静脈奇形の病因変異を有する血管内皮細胞、間葉系細胞を作成し、免疫不全動物に移植して静脈奇形類似の病変を再構成する。そして組織ごとのモザイク率と表現型との関係性を明らかにする。分子生物学的病態生理の検討も行い、表現型と実際の治療の関わりについても明らかにする。
