Outline of Research at the Start	本研究ではin vitro実験系を用いてRANK-RANKL結合を発光で定量的に検出することにより、RANK-RANKL結合阻害剤のスクリーニングを可能とし、ケミカルライブラリーから骨粗鬆症薬治療薬の候補物質の探索を行う。。さらにこのRANKL-RANK結合をin vivoで検出可能にすることによって、さまざまな骨領域で起こる生理的および病的な破骨細胞分化の開始場所を解明し、骨代謝異常の病態を明らかにする。
