Outline of Research at the Start	口腔内と腸管内では、環境に応じて病原因子の発現が調節されていると考えられることから、本研究では、無菌マウスにクレブシエラ菌を感染させてノトバイオートマウスを作出し、口腔・腸管に定着したクレブシエラ菌のRNAシーケンスから遺伝子発現変化を解析することで、それぞれの環境適応に必要な遺伝子や病原因子を探索し、腸管内での病原因子の発現変化に伴う免疫調節機構を解明する。
