Outline of Research at the Start	大口蓋動脈は口腔の蓋であり、鼻腔の床である口蓋とその粘膜を栄養する。手術時は損傷に注意が必要である。しかし、動脈表層の粘膜の厚みをはじめ、３次元的走行には不明点が多く、歯周病による骨吸収後の走行変化はさらに分かっていない。また、走行については臨床と基礎研究の見解にずれがあり、臨床で経験的に重要な点が解剖では表現できていない可能性がある。そこで本研究では、歯科医院のチェアサイドから計測可能な指標からの数値として大口蓋動脈の3次元的走行を骨吸収の状態と比較しながら明らかにする。本研究は、手術の適用拡大、リスク予測への活用が期待できる。
