歯科インプラント脱落の主因であるインプラント周囲炎の治療には、抗菌力の高いミノサイクリン局所投与も選択されるが、明確なエビデンスを欠いて治療に用いられている状況である。本研究でミノサイクリン局所投与によって細菌叢が時系列的にどう変化するか明らかとなれば、新たなエビデンスの提示につながると期待される。
