Outline of Research at the Start	レーザー切断し製作したチタンディスクを、ヘアブラシ研磨、サイザルバフ研磨および電解複合研磨にてスムースサーフェイスチタンディスクを製作する。製作したスムースサーフェイスチタンディスクに対するヒト歯肉線維芽細胞の細胞接着、細胞増殖および細胞形態について調査、細菌付着量、細菌付着強度およびスムースサーフェイスチタンディスクに紫外線処理を行ったうえで、同様の調査を行い、鏡面化されたスムースサーフェイスチタンディスクの特性を明らかにすることで、インプラント周囲炎に対応するの、周囲組織の強固な付着を実現した上でプラークやバイオフィルムの付着を予防するインプラント表面構造を開発することを目的としている。
