Outline of Research at the Start

口腔機能の低下を総称する「オーラルフレイル」を防止・予防するために、歯科領域では顎骨にインプラントを埋入することにより咬合、咀嚼機能の回復が図られている。一方で、インプラントの使用は天然歯と力学環境が大きく異なるため、顎骨の構造や形態がその環境に準じた変化が生じることが推測されるが、インプラント材料の物性や形状との関連性は依然として不明である。そこで本申請課題は顎骨の構造と形態が、材質・形状・前処理法の異なるインプラント埋入によりどのような変化が生じるかを明らかにすることを目的とする。
